Chimera Wallcovering – Ember is a dramatic, story-rich design from Black Edition, drawing inspiration from ancient mythology and reimagining it through a contemporary, decorative lens.
An array of fantastical, winged creatures moves across a luxurious ground with a lustrous, silk-like appearance, while softly drifting clouds introduce a sense of atmosphere and dream-like depth.
The Ember colourway is the darkest and most intense of the three, defined by deep, rich, chocolate-toned hues layered with burnished metallic accents and subtle patinated effects. The result is a surface that feels opulent and immersive, yet refined — bold without becoming theatrical.
Printed with exceptional detail, Chimera combines figurative storytelling with material richness, making it ideal for statement walls, dining rooms, bedrooms, and sophisticated commercial interiors where impact and atmosphere are key.
Chimera Wallcovering is available in three refined yet dramatic colourways — Moonstone, Gilded, and Ember — each offering a distinct mood and tonal character while retaining the same rich, lustrous finish.
Ember (W959/03) is the darkest and most dramatic of the three, defined by deep, richly layered tones and burnished metallic highlights.
