Accepted Answer

Trade accounts are available to decorators, contractors, interior designers, architects and other trade professionals who can provide proof of business (e.g., VAT number, business registration, or trade references).

Question 2

How do I apply for a trade account?

Accepted Answer

Apply online via the Trade Account form on this page or email hello@pure-paint.com with your business details, VAT number (if applicable) and one trade reference. We typically respond within 2–3 business days.

Question 3

What benefits does a trade account provide?

Accepted Answer

Benefits include exclusive trade pricing, volume discounts, priority order processing, dedicated account support, VAT invoicing for business customers and access to bulk ordering options.

Question 4

Are credit facilities available?

Accepted Answer

Credit and payment terms (e.g., 30-day account) may be offered subject to credit checks and approved trade references. Please enquire during your application if you require credit terms.

Question 5

Do trade prices include VAT?

Accepted Answer

Trade prices are shown exclusive of VAT where applicable. VAT will be added at checkout for customers within Ireland and the UK unless a valid VAT number is supplied and applicable reverse-charge rules apply.
