1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Paint

  • Free Delivery: Free shipping on all paint orders to addresses in Ireland and the United Kingdom.

  • Delivery Time: 1–3 working days from order confirmation.

 

1.2 Wallpaper

  • Free Delivery on Orders Over €250: Free shipping within Ireland and the United Kingdom for wallpaper orders of €250 or more.

  • Standard wallpaper brands: €12.50 flat fee

  • Premium wallpaper brands: €25.00 flat fee

  • Delivery Time: 1–5 working days from order confirmation.

  • Standard brands (flat €12.50 under €250): Morris & Co, Sanderson, Harlequin

  • Premium brands (flat €25.00 under €250): Colefax, Mark Alexander, Zoffany, Andrew Martin, Romo, Black Edition, Jane Churchill, 

 

1.3 Shipping to the EU

  • We ship both paint and wallpaper throughout the EU.

  • To request a shipping quote tailored to your location, please email us at hello@pure-paint.com.

2. Returns Policy

 

2.1 Paint

  • Personalized Items: All paint orders are mixed to your specifications and are therefore non‑refundable, except in the case of a fault.

  • Faulty Paint: If the product is defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at 061 378 363 or hello@pure-paint.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no charge.

  • Condition for Return: The paint must be undamaged and in its original packaging.

 

2.2 Wallpaper

  • Faulty Wallpaper

    • Report any defects within 14 days of delivery by calling 061 378 363 or emailing hello@pure-paint.com.

    • We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost, provided the wallpaper is in its original packaging and condition.

  • Non‑Faulty Wallpaper

    • You may return unopened and undamaged wallpaper within 14 days of receipt.

    • Restocking Fee: A 30% fee applies to cover handling and inspection.

    • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

2.3 Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued within 7–14 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Please allow an additional 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

 

3. General Terms

  • We adhere to the Irish and EU Consumer Rights Directive, entitling you to a refund or replacement for faulty goods.

  • Personalized items (e.g., mixed‑to‑order paint) are exempt from non‑faulty returns.
