Enjoy free standard delivery to mainland Ireland on all paint orders from Zoffany & Sanderson
Please note – a small delivery charge for Andrew Martin paint may apply in your area.

Standard delivery: For mainland Ireland orders: We are dispatching online orders within 1 working day for orders placed before 12 noon, due to the social distancing measures introduced to our partners warehousing facilities.
​
We appreciate your patience while we work hard to get everyone’s orders where they need to be. Currently delivery to customers is taking between 3 – 4 working days from date of despatch.

Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please be aware orders will not leave our factory on weekends or Bank holidays
RETURNS POLICY
​
If you are not completely satisfied with your Pure Paint product you may return the following brands at your cost in the same condition as despatched within 14 working days : Zoffany, Sanderson, Andrew Martin
In addition, up to 28 days after purchase goods may be returned provided that they are in the same condition as stated above together with the sales invoice for a refund subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If the product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge.
If a product is faulty, please notify us by email at: hello@pure-paint.com or phone + 353 61 378362 for assistance. Please note that our paints are mixed specially to order.

Do not make a return without notifying Pure Paint and receiving a Pure Paint returns docket, which should accompany the return.
