Our Brand Integrity – Urgent Update

Sadly, we are and have been aware for many months that a Northern Ireland–based company is using a confusingly similar name and domain, and continues to mislead customers.
This company has also engaged — and continues to engage — in deliberately misleading and aggressive Google advertising, using an .ie domain and appearing to be a Republic of Ireland–based business trading in euro (EUR).

There has been, and continues to be, confusion among our loyal and valued customers — both repeat and new — and even some of our exclusive trade partners have mistaken the sites.

This represents a serious and ongoing incursion and a clear breach of consumer trust, which we take extremely seriously.
This practice is commonly known as cybersquatting — the use of a name or domain intended to confuse customers and exploit the reputation of an established business.

We are actively pursuing all appropriate steps to protect our brand identity and to ensure that our customers can always shop with confidence and clarity.

For avoidance of doubt, Pure Paint is not affiliated with any other website using a similar or confusingly similar name or domain.
