As these are personalized items, they are non-refundable.

However, if your paint is faulty, you can return all or part of your order. Please contact us at 061 378363 or email hello@pure-paint.com, and we will arrange for a replacement at no charge or issue a refund, provided the paint is undamaged and in its original packaging.

For non-faulty returns, Morris & Co. paint can be returned within 28 days of purchase but will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. All paint must be unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging to qualify for a return.
