Ark in Parchment is an animal-inspired wallpaper from Andrew Martin, reviving the detailed character of vintage zoological diagrams.
African animals are carefully illustrated and numbered, creating an engaging natural-history design with the atmosphere of an antique explorer’s archive.
Inspired by exhibits at London’s Natural History Museum, Ark brings together giraffes, elephants, big cats and other remarkable creatures in an intricate all-over pattern.
The warm Parchment colourway gives the design a soft cosy backdrop, allowing the detailed animal illustrations to remain distinctive without overpowering the room.
Characterful yet highly versatile, Ark Parchment makes a fascinating backdrop for living rooms, studies, nurseries and children’s bedrooms. Its archival quality also works beautifully in layered interiors with antique furniture, natural materials and collected objects.
Ark in Parchmentis sold by the roll and is avaolable in three timeless colourways.
